YECHIEL ORGEL PHOTOGRAPHY - CLIENT OPERATING AGREEMENT

Thank you for choosing Yechiel Orgel Photography/Sharpix Inc. for your photography needs. Please read the following paragraphs carefully. It lists all the information you need to know and the conditions under which I operate.

Your signature is required at the bottom, as this document will serve as our contract.

SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS TO THE STUDIO: Products are frequently damaged in shipment, particularly cardboard packaging. If I will be shooting a photo of the packaging, please pack it well with ample padding. In addition, often during manufacturing or handling, a product can be ruined, have visible imperfections, marks etc and may not look its best. For these reasons, I recommend you send a second sample of your product so I can shoot the best of the two. If sending a second product is not possible, I can, in most instances, fix any problems in Photoshop. Please note, however, that these edits may increase the quoted price. Products can be dropped off or shipped to the studio at 1112 - 45th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219. I'm usually at the studio between 10am and 7pm but often leave for photoshoots. It is important that you inform me when you would like to come so I can confirm I will be there.

SHIPPING: UPS: I personally find UPS to be the best courier service FedEx: is ok, I usually don't have an issue with them. USPS is horrible, there are always issues & many times need to pick up packages at the post office. Please do not send merchandise via USPS. Important: If I need to pick up your package from the post office or a courier location, you will be charged for the time at a rate of $95.00/hr. Having the tracking code helps me to know when to expect your items and is a great help.

TURNAROUND TIME: My schedule is generally booked 2-3 weeks in advance. I will usually provide a date that I plan to shoot your products, however these dates are not guaranteed. I typically stay on schedule but if something comes up I will try to inform you. The shooting and editing times of a particular product or products can vary, the particulars of which I will discuss with you.

PRICING, DEPOSIT & DELIVERY OF FILES: Pricing: Pricing for your photo shoot is determined after a careful review of the products & the angles required. Should the amount of products or angles change, your invoice will change accordingly.

Please note, There is a minimum photo shoot fee of $1,500.00. Once your project is wrapped up & your image previews sent to you, any additional angles needed will need to meet the minimum photo shoot again. Therefore, please carefully review your angles so that you are not missing anything.

Deposit: 50% deposit is required prior to scheduling a photo shoot date.

Balance is due upon completion of photo-shoot, prior to delivering final file images. Important: It is my policy to never deliver photos before payment is received, no exceptions. Therefore, I recommend you take a close look at the payment options below to expedite file delivery.

Once payment has been received, you will receive an email acknowledging payment and a link to download the files. If requested, I will provide both a full resolution .jpg file and a smaller more manageable (1024px or 2048px) .jpg file.

COPYRIGHT /SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATION: Image Copyrights remain the property of Yechiel Orgel Photography / Sharpix Inc. As such, images may be used on Social Media / Website at my discretion. Images may not be used in any other means other than agreed upon. The client invoice indicates the Usage Fee & Rights. Client may not resell the images, or "give" the images to other vendors selling their product.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

ACH: Most preferred Method - Free & Easy to use.

Check: Checks must be made payable to Sharpix Inc. and mailed to the studio at 1112 45th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219

Credit Card: A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to your invoice if you choose to pay with CC

Cash: Cash can be delivered to the studio

PRODUCT PICKUP: Products can be picked up from the studio at 1112 45th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219 . Please be in touch before you come to ensure that I will be there. If you would like to have your products shipped back to you, please send your items along with a Prepaid Return Shipping Label so that I can give it directly to a courier driver. Important: If I need to drop off your package at the post office or any other courier location, you will be charged for the time at a rate of $95/hr. As a product photographer, my studio quickly fills up with all sorts of items and boxes and storage quickly becomes an issue. Important: Your products will be held for a maximum 14 days from the date the final invoice is issued. After that, your product(s) will be discarded or become public property. (If 14 days is not sufficient, please let me know and we will work it out.) In the past, many clients have chosen to leave their products for me to keep or throw away because pickup is not practical. If you have no need to pick up your product(s), please let me know. Please note: I cannot discard large items, it is your responsibility to remove it from my premises .
